Good product, slow personalization

I bought a Personalized Wind Chime as a bereavement gift. The chime itself is very pretty and has a nice sound, definitely good quality metal. However, the personalization took longer than I expected. It said it would take a few extra days, but it ended up being closer to ten days before it shipped, which pushed back the delivery quite a bit. The customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. Value-wise, it was decent for a custom item, but the wait for engraving was a definite drawback.

Detailed thoughts on my order

I ordered a set of Deep Tone Wind Chimes. The website was easy to navigate, and placing the order was simple. I chose the custom engraving option, which added an extra two days to the processing time, but it shipped out within their stated window. Tracking updates were consistent, and it arrived well-packaged. The chimes themselves are well-made, with a sturdy S-hook for hanging. The tone is indeed deep and resonant, not tinny at all. My only minor point was that the personalization preview tool could be a bit clearer, but the final product looked good. Overall, a solid purchase.

Always a reliable choice

This was my third time ordering from Astarin, and as usual, the experience was great. I got a Large Wind Chime for my patio, and the sound is just as rich and deep as the one I bought two years ago for my mom. They really do maintain their quality. Delivery took about 5 days, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they always deliver.

Got a great memorial gift

I got a personalized Pet Memorial Chime for my friend after her dog passed away. It was really nice. The site was easy to use, and I could get it engraved. It got to her house pretty quick, I think it was less than a week. She loved it, said it sounded so peaceful. I was happy with how it all worked out.

Good value for a memorial gift

I was looking for a thoughtful memorial gift and found Astarin's Personalized Memorial Chimes. I compared a few sites, and with their current discount, the price felt right for something custom engraved. The process was straightforward, and the chime arrived in good condition. It was worth it for the quality and the personal touch.

Love my new chimes!

I just received my new Hummingbird Wind Chimes and I absolutely adore them! The sound is so beautiful and peaceful, exactly what my garden needed. They look even better in person than on the website. I'm already thinking about getting some as gifts for my sisters. Definitely shopping here again!

Pretty chimes, took a bit long

Got the Solar Wind Chimes a few weeks back. They look really nice in my backyard, and the light at night is a cool touch. The sound is pleasant too. It did take about a week and a half to get to me, which felt a little slow, but it wasn't a huge deal since I wasn't in a rush. Overall, I'm happy with them.

Nice chimes, quick shipping

I ordered a set of the Deep Tone Wind Chimes for my backyard. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I wanted without any hassle. Shipping was surprisingly fast, arrived in about four days to my home in California, which was great. The chimes themselves are well-made and sound lovely, just as described. I appreciated the quality of the materials. No need to contact support, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
